Sports Data Operator (m/f/d)
Sportradar is looking for a Sports Data Operator to join the global Production Operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining sports data collection, monitoring, data entry, and verification to ensure the highest quality of service for global audiences.
The Production team within Content Operations collects, produces, and distributes sports data for pre-match, live, and post-match coverage. The team delivers coverage for over 1 million matches annually across 93 different sports worldwide.
- Follow and watch live sports streams from around the world, monitoring various sports via different channels and sources.
- Master sports data tools and systems to deliver fast, accurate real-time data that powers leading media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms globally.
- Champion data integrity by verifying information across diverse sources, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure sports coverage meets the highest standards of accuracy.
- Create and manage outright match results during live tournaments and events, delivering real-time outcomes across ongoing sports competitions.
- Collaborate with an international network of data journalists to deliver elite sports coverage.
- Sports knowledge spans every arena (required).
- Strong computer and research skills, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies (required).
- Strong adaptability to routine tasks in a structured and high-pressure situations (required).
- Commitment to integrity, strong work ethics, and a hands-on approach to achieving results (required).
- Good English both written and oral (required).
- Knowledge of the betting/gaming scene (nice-to-have).
