This role sits at the intersection of commercial partnerships, supplier onboarding, and lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will have ownership and visibility while working across commercial, product, technology, and operational teams. The role involves identifying and securing high-value suppliers, leading commercial negotiations, overseeing onboarding and integration activities, and serving as the ongoing commercial and relationship owner for a supplier portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial process by leading supplier discussions from initial outreach through negotiation, commercial agreement, and contract signature.
  • Drive supplier onboarding by coordinating due diligence, onboarding, and integration activities with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the supplier lifecycle by building trusted relationships, establishing clear expectations, and proactively managing performance, engagement, and commercial development.
  • Monitor performance and compliance by tracking supplier performance against contractual, commercial, and SLA commitments.
  • Identify growth opportunities by using usage, revenue, and performance data to provide suppliers with actionable insights.
  • Own supplier escalations by acting as the primary commercial point of contact for supplier issues and working cross-functionally to resolve blockers.
  • Bring market insight by providing Product and Commercial teams with market intelligence, competitive insights, and assessments of supplier capabilities.
  • Manage the supplier pipeline by tracking and reporting on KPIs including activation, integration progress, and revenue contribution.
  • Shape supplier strategy by contributing to the Marketplace supplier roadmap and prioritisation.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, supplier management, or commercial roles (required).
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing high-value commercial partnerships from initial engagement through contract execution (required).
  • Strong understanding of data and content products, APIs, integrations, or digital platform ecosystems (required).
  • Excellent relationship-management skills with the ability to build credibility with strategic partners and senior stakeholders (required).
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify opportunities and turn partnerships into measurable business value (required).
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills (required).
  • Structured, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple supplier relationships and negotiations simultaneously (required).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use performance and market data to inform commercial decisions (required).
  • Experience in sports data, betting content, media rights, or marketplace ecosystems (preferred).
  • Comfortable operating in a cross-functional, technology-driven environment (required).
Benefits
  • Collaborative international environment with colleagues across Europe, Asia, and the US.
  • Professional and personal development plan.
  • Opportunity to work with senior leadership within a fast-growing company.
  • Access to vibrant and inclusive community groups including Women in Tech and Pride.
  • Company culture promoting social activities, sports, and team challenges.
  • Competitive salary and benefits including retirement pension and insurance plan.
  • Full coverage of the € 365 annual Öffi-Ticket (Jahreskarte).
