Data Science Lead
As a Data Science Lead, the individual will lead a high-impact team of Data Scientists to deliver machine learning products that drive real business value. The role involves owning the end-to-end delivery of data science initiatives, from ideation and design through to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across product, technology, and commercial teams, the individual will translate complex data solutions into clear business outcomes while advancing the organisation’s AI and machine learning capability. This role combines strong people leadership, technical depth, and commercial thinking to shape how data science delivers impact across the business.
- Lead delivery of production-grade machine learning products that drive real-time decision making.
- Drive best practice across the ML lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Build and lead a high-performing Data Science team, coaching and developing talent.
- Partner with product, tech, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and align priorities.
- Translate complex technical outputs into clear, commercially relevant insights.
- Embed scalable tooling, automation, and processes to improve efficiency and delivery quality.
