Senior Manager, L&Q and HR Operations
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist who is passionate about people and keen to expand or leverage their learning and capability experience. Sitting within Customer Operations, the role leads a small team and plays a key role in driving workforce capability, employee experience and operational people outcomes. While learning and capability is a significant focus of the role, the position requires someone with a strong HR generalist foundation who can confidently partner with leaders, provide practical people advice and help deliver strategic workforce initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of learning and capability initiatives that build workforce capability and support business performance.
- Partner with leaders to provide HR advice and support across workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and people processes.
- Coach and support leaders through people-related challenges, change initiatives and organisational priorities.
- Lead and develop a small team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Use data, insights and stakeholder feedback to drive capability uplift, employee engagement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or People Advisory role (required).
- Exposure to, interest in, or experience delivering learning, capability, organisational development or workforce capability initiatives (required).
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, influencing and partnering with leaders to achieve people and business outcomes (required).
- Experience supporting core HR activities, including performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition and employee lifecycle processes (required).
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Leadership experience is beneficial, but individuals with the capability and desire to step into team leadership are equally of interest (nice-to-have).
