AI Accelerator - Commercial

Description

Super Technologies is building a small team of AI operators to accelerate the shift in how commercial and operations work gets done. Sitting inside Commercial Strategy & Planning, this team are the resident experts on building with AI - the people who prove what's possible, build the tools that put it into practice, and grow AI capability across commercial teams.

This role involves identifying opportunities across commercial and operations workflows where AI can redesign how work gets done. It includes building custom AI tools, agents, automations and end-to-end workflows, and coaching teams through the build process to grow their AI capability. The role also requires adapting proof of concepts for wider adoption, documenting what was built, and feeding observations back into the commercial AI roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities across commercial and operations workflows where AI can redesign how work gets done, working closely with the teams involved.
  • Build custom AI tools, agents, automations and end-to-end workflows, building hip-to-hip with the team so how it was made is visible and reusable from the start.
  • Coach teams through the build process, going deep on the parts that stretch their AI capability so it grows in practice.
  • Help adapt proof of concepts built for one team and support their adoption across others.
  • Document what was built and how it was built, producing demos, tutorials and worked examples that others can learn from.
  • Run working sessions and showcases with teams to build their AI capability.
  • Feed problems and patterns observed in the work back into the commercial AI roadmap.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years in analytical, problem-solving and hands-on roles, ideally at fast-paced, consumer-facing digital businesses (required)
  • Hands-on experience building AI tools, agents, automations or workflows that other people have used (required)
  • Proficiency with modern AI development tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks and workflow automation platforms (required)
  • Able to think in systems and workflows, from the shape of the problem down to the tool that solves it (required)
  • Fluency with data (SQL, Excel) (preferred)
  • Able to deliver working solutions independently (required)
  • Writes clear, simple documentation and worked examples that people can follow (required)
  • Evidence of driving change in how other people work (required)
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly in writing and verbally, and to explain technical concepts simply (required)
  • Familiarity with commercial functions in a digital business (CRM, retention, VIP, campaign operations, performance reporting, planning or pricing) (nice-to-have)
  • Track record of creating playbooks or internal tools that were adopted beyond your team (nice-to-have)
  • Background in analytical, data-driven roles (strategy, operations, product, performance, data science, analytics) (nice-to-have)
Benefits
  • Medical / Health Insurance
  • Open Annual Leave
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Training & Learning Development
  • Private Pension Fund
  • Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.
