CRM Executive
The company is looking for a proactive and organised CRM Executive with a passion for sports betting, casino games, and customer engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic team in executing campaigns, managing content, and coordinating with various stakeholders to enhance the player experience for exciting verticals.
The position is based in Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.
- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app) for sports betting and casino products, following the overarching CRM strategy.
- Help create compelling campaign content, including terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the design studio by providing creative briefs and reviewing campaign visuals for approval.
- Support the setup and optimisation of promotional landing pages, banners, and on-site messaging.
- Act as a key contact by communicating all campaign details to the Customer Support and Central Operational teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Conduct thorough A/B tests and quality checks on all campaign elements to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with regulations.
- Follow established centralised CRM processes and help identify opportunities to make them more efficient.
- Up to 1+ years of experience in CRM, online business, or a related role (required).
- A keen interest in the online gambling industry (sports betting or casino) is a strong advantage (preferred).
- Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken) (required).
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and quality assurance abilities (required).
- A proactive, hands-on, and willing-to-learn attitude (required).
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (required).
