D365 FinOps Consultant
The company is seeking a Dynamics 365 FinOps Consultant to join its growing team during a period of scaling its product and innovating business applications. The role involves administering and providing functional expertise for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
The consultant will support implementation project cycles and provide first-level support for business users. Additionally, the individual will play a major role in shaping the future business applications strategy in collaboration with the Business Applications team.
- Managing projects within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations portfolio.
- Assisting and supporting internal users in working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP, Payment processors, Fixed Asset management, Inventory Management, Procure to Pay, etc).
- Analysing user needs and creating functional requirements.
- Organising and managing user training.
- Creating and maintain solution documentation.
- Preparing users and projects for go-live.
- Developing simple reports.
- Leading communication between internal users and external partners.
- Collaborating with Business Applications team and other internal departments on implementing process improvements.
- Has at least 3 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions (required).
- Has great knowledge of accounting, finance and supply chain processes (required).
- Is able to independently develop standards and manage processes (required).
- Is analytical and has a problem-solving attitude (required).
- Has excellent communication skills and can be a true consultant to the business (required).
- Is fluent in English (required).
