  • Own monthly reporting on supplier revenue share, validations and territory/group splits for sports-related commercial activities.
  • Reconcile supplier invoices against contractual terms and booked actuals, supporting credit note and overpayment claim processing.
  • Validate supplier invoices (revenue share, fixed fees, bonuses, adjustments) against agreed commercial terms, ensuring accurate territory/group splits and correct, timely billing across all group entities.
  • Monitor invoice approval and payment workflows, resolving process delays and supporting supplier onboarding for Finance.
  • Maintain a central repository of sports supplier contracts, ensuring visibility and alignment across the group.
  • Track supplier performance and contractual adherence, escalating issues and acting as the primary point of contact for contractual queries.
  • Support governance by reviewing invoices against contracts and assisting with audit requests and documentation.
  • Drive process automation by identifying manual, repetitive activities and implementing tools and improvements across finance workflows.
  • Build strong working relationships with product, commercial, market finance and legal teams, and train new joiners on integration flows and financial processes.
