Fullstack Engineer
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will join a team with organisation-wide impact and deep connections across multiple engineering areas. In this role, you will help shape systems that power critical functionality across the business and connect multiple engineering domains.
Owning features through the full lifecycle: planning, implementation, release, and maintenance.
Cooperating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers on developing new features and improving the existing ones.
Optimising code to ensure the best performance and responsiveness of the applications.
Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Leverage modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Vite, PNPM, AWS, and Kubernetes.
Enhance the developer experience, improving workflows and collaboration.
Optimise build processes and tooling to boost team productivity.
Utilise best-in-class tools including Notion, Jira Cloud, GitHub, Zoom, Lattice, and Slack.

- A minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with Typescript and Node Js, React or any JS frameworks (required).
- Experience reading, understanding, and improving other people’s code (required).
- Ability to analyse existing systems, research improvements, and collaborate with product teams and stakeholders (required).
- Experience writing comprehensive, effective tests to ensure reliability and maintainability (required).
- Familiarity with design systems (e.g. Ant Design, Material Design, Bootstrap) (required).
- Experience building and maintaining developer experience (DX) tools to streamline workflows (required).
- Understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and performance optimisation techniques (required).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment (required).
- Experience in the betting or gaming industry (nice-to-have).
- Experience developing back-office applications such as dashboards and CRUD systems with complex data models (nice-to-have).
- Experience building applications with high-frequency, low-latency data changes (nice-to-have).
