IT Service Engineer
The company is looking for an IT Service Engineer to join their Belgrade office team. In this role, the individual will be crucial for providing technical assistance to users and staff, with duties such as ensuring optimal use of hardware and software tools, enhancing system performance, but also standardising and innovating the IT infrastructure through interesting projects.
This role involves scaling the product and innovating the company with new tools.
- Independently resolve hardware, software, and access tickets, improving documented processes along the way.
- Administer core platforms including Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Shared Drives, Calendar, Google Admin Console), Okta (user lifecycle, MFA policies, basic app assignments), Slack, Notion, and Zoom.
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN/ZTNA and remote access solutions.
- Set up and support advanced workplace IT configurations (meeting rooms, printers, town hall spaces).
- Build and maintain basic automation workflows using Slack Workflows, Zapier, Google Workspace automations, and n8n.
- Manage and prioritise a personal ticket queue effectively.
- Maintain and improve IT knowledge base entries.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end.
- Escalate complex issues with clear diagnosis notes and follow up until resolved.
- Minimum secondary school / vocational IT qualification (required).
- BA preferred (preferred).
- Google Workspace administration experience (users, groups, licensing, Gmail routing basics, Shared Drives, Google Admin Console) (required).
- Okta administration experience (user lifecycle management, MFA policies, basic app integrations and assignments) (required).
- Administration of collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Zoom, Google Meet) (required).
- VPN/ZTNA administration and configuration (required).
- Basic automation skills: Slack Workflows, Zapier, Google Workspace automations, n8n (required).
- Basic scripting for task automation (required).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably GCP) (required).
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent hardware knowledge (required).
- Google Associate Workspace Administrator or equivalent (required).
