Junior Compliance Officer

Description

Super Technologies is looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to support the compliance function in ensuring business operations align with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies across Brazil and other jurisdictions where Super Technologies operates and intends to operate.

This is an opportunity to build compliance expertise whilst working closely with senior team members to help safeguard the organisation's regulatory standing.

Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance and local application of the compliance programme, adapting global compliance standards to the Brazilian market.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and communicate relevant changes to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the review of policies, guidelines, and internal procedures.
  • Address compliance-related queries raised by internal stakeholders.
  • Review, obtain, and submit certifications and relevant documentation to the regulator.
  • Follow up on compliance matters to ensure timely and accurate closure.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation to support compliance workstreams.
  • Maintain compliance trackers and records to ensure accurate, up-to-date reporting.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory-related role (required).
  • Working knowledge of compliance obligations, requirements, and industry dynamics, with a strong willingness to learn (required).
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and under the guidance of senior team members (required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (required).
  • Strong verbal and written Portuguese and English skills (required).
  • Spanish language skills (nice-to-have).
