Learner Experience Designer
Super Technologies is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to create engaging, practical learning experiences that build the capabilities the company needs to grow and scale. Partnering with Talent Development, People Partners, subject matter experts, and business leaders, the role involves designing high-quality digital, blended, and facilitated learning solutions that drive real behaviour change and raise the standard of learning across the business.
The role involves developing a variety of learning assets and ensuring that learning initiatives are accessible, consistent, and aligned with modern instructional design standards. The designer will also support learning delivery by managing learning journeys and using data to continuously improve the effectiveness of the company's learning ecosystem.
- Design engaging, practical learning experiences across digital, blended, and facilitated formats that drive real-world application and behaviour change.
- Partner with Talent Development, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to translate capability needs into effective learning solutions, and recommend when to build, buy, curate, or adapt content.
- Develop high-quality learning assets, including e-learning, microlearning, videos, toolkits, job aids, scenarios, and assessments, using modern authoring tools and learning platforms.
- Improve the quality, consistency, and accessibility of learning through instructional design best practices, reusable templates, and scalable design standards.
- Support learning delivery by building learning journeys in Workday Learning, partnering with Learning Operations on content management, and using learner feedback and data to continuously improve experiences.
- Stay up to date with emerging learning technologies, AI, and modern workplace learning practices to continually enhance Super Technologies' learning ecosystem.
- Experience in UX/UI, product design, or designing digital learning experiences, with a strong understanding of user-centred design and usability principles (required).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar, and experience creating user flows, wireframes, and intuitive digital experiences (required).
- Ability to translate user needs and complex content into engaging, accessible learning solutions whilst collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (required).
- Experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and behaviour change (required).
- Experience designing digital and blended learning using authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline, isEazy, Vyond, Synthesia, Canva, or similar (required).
- Ability to create engaging, learner-centred content, partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and use technology and AI to continuously improve learning experiences (required).
