Programmatic Specialist
Super Technologies is looking for a Programmatic Specialist to join its team. The role involves owning the planning, buying, optimisation, and reporting of programmatic campaigns.
Working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will focus on delivering efficient acquisition, retention, and brand outcomes through data-driven inventory management across display, video, audio, and native formats.
- Plan, execute and optimise programmatic campaigns end-to-end using Display & Video 360 (DV360) to drive efficient acquisition, retention and brand outcomes.
- Own and scale YouTube activity, including direct/reserved deals and open auction buying through DV360, to maximise reach and performance.
- Manage campaign trafficking, QA, pacing and budget allocation to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver against targets.
- Test and refine formats, audiences and creative on an ongoing basis to improve return on investment.
- Apply brand safety, fraud prevention and attention measurement standards to protect campaign quality and effectiveness.
- Build and refine custom audiences (1st and 3rd party) to sharpen targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager (GMM) to align programmatic activity with market-level strategy.
- Report performance, insights and recommendations into weekly and monthly planning cycles, and stay current on industry trends, new platforms and publisher opportunities.
- 3+ years of hands-on programmatic experience, ideally with DV360 (required).
- Proven experience running campaigns in DV360 across YouTube deals and open auction (required).
- Strong understanding of campaign set-up, optimisation and measurement (required).
- Analytical thinker with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (required).
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously (required).
- Interest in innovation, including attention metrics, contextual targeting and AI-driven optimisation (required).
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills (required).
- Experience in betting/gaming or other regulated markets (nice-to-have).
