Senior Engineering Manager - MarTech Platform

The MarTech team at Super Technologies is building out cutting edge capabilities to drive a new era of customer acquisition for the company. Owning critical capabilities like conversion attribution calculation, mixed media modeling, third party marketing and data feed integration, search engine optimization and landing page frameworks/optimization, the MarTech team is the acquisition engine of SuperBet. As the Senior Engineering Manager of the Measurement stream within Martech, you'll be supporting measurement and enabling optimization of significant marketing budgets. Leveraging the tech and partnering with key stakeholders, you'll ensure every possible customer has the best first interaction with SuperBet.

Responsibilities
  • Building out Marketing Measurement, Attribution and Forecasting across a 9-figure budget.
  • Providing people management support and direction to your team in the form of hiring, coaching, support, feedback, career progression, performance management and reviews
  • Owning technical direction and execution for your team via supporting high dependency projects, handling ambiguity, building/driving roadmaps, ensuring eng excellence, leading / supporting AI adoption, as well as setting goals and measuring impact.
  • Landing organizational impact for SuperBet by influencing strategy, driving business decisions, and building relationships with critical partners and stakeholders to drive outcomes
Requirements
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in data engineering or related roles
  • Proven experience (5+ years) leading/managing a data engineering team, supporting the growth and performance of engineers
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or 8+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies, attribution, tracking, etc. as well as approaches to marketing causal attribution
  • Deep understanding of the data-product development lifecycle
  • Strong programming skills in languages and frameworks like Snowflake, SQL, DBT, Python, Airflow, etc. Exact languages are not a requirement but the ability and flexibility to learn is.
  • Deep Experience and understanding of large-scale data-warehouses, data modeling and analysis, and self-service data provision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  • Experience resolving complex engineering and communication issues
  • Previous experience working in Marketing Measurement, Attribution or Tracking
  • Experience in iGaming industry
