Senior Fullstack Engineer
SuperBet is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a team with organisation-wide impact. The role involves working across multiple engineering areas to shape systems that power critical business functionality and connect various engineering domains.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and proposal through to final release and ongoing maintenance. They will leverage modern technologies to build robust solutions while mentoring teammates to ensure high-quality delivery and driving initiatives to enhance developer experience and productivity.
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept and proposal through to release and ongoing maintenance.
- Leverage modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Vite, PNPM, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Mentor teammates to ensure efficient, high-quality task execution and delivery.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the developer experience, improving workflows and collaboration.
- Optimise build processes and tooling to boost team productivity.
- Utilise best-in-class tools including Notion, Jira Cloud, GitHub, Zoom, Lattice, and Slack.
- Strong TypeScript skills and experience with Node.js (required).
- Experience with Fastify (preferred).
- Experience with React or any JS framework (required).
- Understanding of multi-tenant architecture and scalable system design (required).
- Ability to analyse existing systems, research improvements, and collaborate with product teams and stakeholders (required).
- Experience writing comprehensive, effective tests to ensure reliability and maintainability (required).
- Familiarity with design systems (e.g. Ant Design, Material Design, Bootstrap) (required).
- Experience building and maintaining developer experience (DX) tools to streamline workflows (required).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality products (required).
- Understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and performance optimisation techniques (required).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment (required).
- Experience in the betting or gaming industry (nice-to-have).
- Experience developing back-office applications such as dashboards and CRUD systems with complex data models (nice-to-have).
- Experience building applications with high-frequency, low-latency data changes (nice-to-have).
- Ability to navigate complex domains and business requirements (nice-to-have).
