Senior Product Designer
The company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its Design team. As part of a cross-functional team, the role involves collaborating closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and other team members to deliver functional and creative solutions to complex problems, helping to shape the future of the platform.
The role involves working autonomously within a cross-functional, agile product team to deliver creative solutions with an emphasis on great user experience, balancing customer needs, company goals, design cohesion, and ease of implementation.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end user journey, encompassing customer research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and final interface design. They will proactively gather and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and continuously optimise the user experience. Contribution to the design system is also expected.

- Product design experience with a portfolio that showcases your skills (required)
- Strong UI skills and a clean visual design sense (required)
- Experience designing for diverse platforms (web, iOS, Android) (required)
- Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour (required)
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies (required)
- Solid planning and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions (required)
- Experience defining information architecture and user flows (required)
- Ability to make data-supported recommendations (required)
- Expert proficiency in Figma (required)
- A willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback, contributing to a healthy and supportive feedback culture (required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (required)
- Strong written and verbal English (required)
