Senior Product Manager - Sports Trading
Super Technologies is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of its trading product teams. The role focuses on achieving the vision of providing unique and entertaining betting experiences to customers globally by designing and delivering industry-leading products within the Sports product.
The successful candidate will specifically progress the Football offer and proposition. This involves working closely with Quants, Engineering, and Trading teams to leverage internal Football models and differentiate Super Technologies from its competitors.
- Lead on customer understanding, discovery, and defining customer value for products.
- Leverage AI to drive discovery and utilise customer feedback from multiple touchpoints across the organisation to build a picture of customer problems, opportunities, and behaviour.
- Make data-driven decisions using customer research, behavioural, product, and commercial data, working with AI & Data Analysts to develop the reporting capabilities needed to measure customer behaviour and product engagement.
- Define what success looks like for the product and take responsibility for its measurement in-life, testing and iterating to achieve the product objectives, whilst maintaining ongoing awareness of key competitors and their offering.
- Own the Football model driven product journey end to end, ensuring customer value is always the team's key priority, providing domain expertise and developing deep knowledge of the Super Technologies product.
- Identify and understand customer behaviour and needs to define the hypotheses and requirements that shape suitable features for the Football model.
- Create best-in-class product features and journeys that take the player experience to the next level, working with engineers and stakeholders to define and deliver reliable, scalable solutions to customer problems.
- Coordinate product launch plans with Go To Market, marketing, commercial, operations and support teams, whilst remaining aware of regulatory compliance, GDPR requirements and the legal positioning of the Sports Betting and Gaming industry and how these impact product features and requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations and incorporate their feedback where appropriate.
- Set the right expectations with stakeholders and effectively communicate status and progress on outcomes and deliverables.
- Build and maintain a roadmap for your area that delivers short-term and long-term objectives aligned to the overall company and product strategy, driving it from ideation and product discovery through to in-life product.
- Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business viability and technical feasibility, and input into defining the quarterly Objectives and Key Results for your product team.
- 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager working with Engineering teams (required)
- Sports Trading product experience, building products that scale (required)
- Knowledge of Sports Betting Trading systems (required)
- Customer-focused and data-driven, with a passion for solving customer problems (required)
- Strong AI competencies to reduce time to market and time to customer value (required)
- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to drive product strategy (required)
- Understanding of technology and agile development methodologies (required)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (required)
