Strategic People Partner – Commercial Marketing CEE
As Strategic People Partner – Commercial Marketing CEE, you will act as a strategic partner to the Commercial Strategy, Growth and Transformation leadership teams, supporting a business scope of approximately 60–120 employees across CEE markets. Reporting to the Head of People Partners, you will ensure people initiatives are aligned with commercial objectives and help build the organisational capabilities needed to sustain growth. Your work will directly influence how effectively the wider commercial organisation scales and navigates transformation.
- Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, shaping team structures and translating business priorities into talent plans that close capability gaps and drive measurable performance improvements.
- Design organisational structures that support scalability and agility, and define clear accountabilities within the Commercial matrix to speed up decision-making and delivery.
- Strengthen cross-market collaboration across CEE by breaking down silos and sharing best people practices and talent between markets.
- Identify capability gaps and build succession pipelines for Commercial CEE leadership, combining upskilling initiatives with proactive talent and career development planning.
- Lead strategic workforce planning, aligning headcount investment with long-term growth and financial targets to inform hiring and resourcing decisions.
- Lead the people workstream across major transformation programmes, using change readiness assessments to design mitigation strategies and embed new operating models into daily ways of working.
- Coach and advise senior leaders through organisational growth and ambiguity, and facilitate strategic workshops that strengthen senior team effectiveness and alignment.
- Use people analytics to diagnose organisational challenges and forecast future talent needs, translating data into insights that inform senior-level decisions.
- Progressive HR experience, with a significant background in People Partnering or HR Business Partner roles within a fast-paced commercial environment (required)
- Proven expertise in change management and organisational design, with a track record of leading successful business transformations (required)
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, including the ability to understand financial drivers and translate business strategy into people initiatives (required)
- High level of data literacy, with the ability to interpret complex people analytics and translate insights into senior-level decisions (required)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at C-suite and senior leadership level across multiple geographies (required)
- Demonstrated resilience and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments whilst maintaining a focus on high-quality outcomes (required)
