Technical Compliance Delivery Manager
Super Technologies is seeking a Technical Compliance Delivery Manager to drive and coordinate complex compliance initiatives as the business expands into new markets. The role involves partnering closely with Regulatory Tech, Data, and Technical Compliance teams to implement necessary technical solutions.
The Technical Compliance Delivery Manager is responsible for orchestrating the delivery of cross-functional compliance solutions, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, and executing required escalations to ensure continuous, unblocked delivery flow. A critical component of the role is owning and governing the unified compliance roadmap across key teams, managing dependencies, and strategically aligning all delivery planning with evolving international regulatory timelines and immediate market needs.
- Partner with diverse stakeholders - including Regulatory Tech, Data, Product, and Technical Compliance teams - to drive the development and implementation of technical solutions.
- Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure solutions are strategically aligned with overarching business needs.
- Orchestrate and drive the delivery of complex, cross-functional compliance solutions.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying potential risks and dependencies, and executing necessary escalation protocols to mitigate impact.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to actively remove impediments and ensure continuous, unblocked delivery flow.
- Maintain the unified compliance roadmap across Technical Compliance, Regulatory Technology (RegTech), and Data teams.
- Proactively manage and communicate critical cross-team dependencies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth execution.
- Strategically align delivery planning with evolving international regulatory timelines and immediate market needs.
- Support prioritisation following market launches to ensure that trade-offs are documented and fixes are tracked through to resolution.
- Establish a sustainable transition plan to ensure continuous development and enhancement of compliance functionalities after the International Program teams pivot to subsequent market initiatives.
- Communicate ongoing progress, issues, and blockers clearly to leadership teams.
- Deliver regular updates on the status of in-flight initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
- At least 1–2 years of experience within the online gaming industry (required).
- Proven ability to drive and coordinate complex, cross-functional compliance initiatives, particularly as the business expands into new international markets (required).
- Expertise in strategic roadmap management, including governing unified compliance roadmaps and aligning delivery with international regulatory timelines (required).
- Demonstrated proficiency in proactive delivery management, including identifying and mitigating project risks, managing critical dependencies, and executing escalation protocols (required).
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders, including Regulatory Tech, Data, Product, and Technical Compliance teams (required).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, regular updates on project status, issues, and blockers to both leadership and relevant stakeholders (required).
