Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)
Traffic Label is building modern digital products across the iGaming, crypto, and sports industries. The company is looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) who enjoys creating complete digital products from early concepts through to production-ready interfaces and wants to have a real impact on multiple international products.
As the Senior Product Designer, the individual will own the end-to-end design process across a range of web and mobile products. Collaboration with Product Managers, Frontend and Backend Engineers is key to creating intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging user experiences. This role combines strong product thinking with hands-on UI/UX design and offers the opportunity to shape products from the ground up.
- Design modern web and mobile interfaces in Figma.
- Create complete UI/UX flows and user journeys.
- Design casino products and slot game interfaces (HUD, bonus screens, menus).
- Create responsive layouts.
- Build, maintain and evolve scalable Design Systems.
- Create reusable UI components.
- Prepare developer-ready designs and documentation.
- Build interactive prototypes.
- Improve existing products based on analytics and user feedback.
- Participate in product discovery and brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate daily with Frontend Developers, Backend Developers and Product Managers.
- Review implementations after development and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
- 3+ years of UI/UX/Product Design experience (required)
- Excellent knowledge of Figma (required)
- Strong understanding of UX principles (required)
- Experience designing web applications (required)
- Experience designing responsive interfaces (required)
- Experience building scalable Design Systems (required)
- Strong knowledge of Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Interactive Prototypes, Design Tokens, and Developer Handoff (required)
- Experience in iGaming, Online Casino, Sports Betting, Esports, Crypto, FinTech, or AI (nice-to-have)
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Midjourney, AI image generation, and AI wireframing (preferred)
- Understanding of modern frontend development, including HTML & CSS, Responsive Design, Tailwind CSS (basic understanding), Component-based architecture, Design Systems, Accessibility, and Web animations (required)
