Responsibilities
- Handling internal document circulation.
- Providing ongoing support to the accounting team in their daily work.
- Checking documents for formal and accounting accuracy.
- Entering documents into the accounting system.
- Reconciling settlements and balances.
- Preparing summaries and reports.
- Cooperating with other departments across the company.
Requirements
- Relevant education, such as a technical school or university degree in accounting, finance or economics, or currently studying in this field (required).
- Knowledge of the basic principles of accounting (required).
- At least one year of experience working in an accounting department or in a similar position (required).
- Meticulous, precise and very well-organised (required).
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team (required).
- Interest in accounting and desire to develop in this area (required).
- Communicative level of English (required).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and the MS Office suite (required).
- Knowledge of Insert software (nice-to-have).
