As a Motion & Video Designer, you’ll play a key role in turning campaign ideas into dynamic visual experiences-crafting content that engages audiences across every touchpoint.

Blending creative craft with AI-assisted production tools, you’ll create high-impact video and motion assets that elevate campaigns and bring bold ideas to life at speed and scale. Responsibilities
  • Create engaging video and motion content across channels including social, digital, TV, VOD, web and out-of-home.
  • Translate campaign concepts into compelling motion, animation and video storytelling.
  • Develop animated assets, motion systems and visual sequences aligned to campaign direction.
  • Collaborate with Creative Leads and Art Directors on storyboards, treatments and concept development.
  • Edit and refine video content into polished final outputs, incorporating motion graphics, effects, transitions and titles.
  • Use AI tools to generate concept videos, motion explorations and accelerate production workflows.
  • Adapt and optimise video outputs for different formats, platforms and performance requirements, including variations for campaign use.
  • Ensure all content is production-ready, technically accurate and aligned to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in motion design, video production or editing within a creative studio, agency or marketing environment (required).
  • An excellent portfolio showcasing video, animation and motion graphics across campaign-driven work and multiple formats (required).
  • Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar) production software with excellent post-production and editing capabilities (required).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted video or animation tools with an interest in evolving workflows and creating content across multiple channels (required).
