Poker Executive
William Hill is looking for a Poker Operations Executive to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the Poker proposition across web and app platforms. The role involves combining a passion for Poker with operational excellence to ensure every player interaction is relevant, accurate, and entertaining.
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative and fast-paced operational team at the heart of Gaming, Sports, and Poker experiences. They will be responsible for bringing promotions, content, and commercial priorities to life to help deliver a seamless and engaging journey for players.
- Support the day-to-day management of Poker content, promotions and merchandising across websites and apps.
- Publish and maintain onsite content, ensuring all activity is delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard.
- Work closely with the Poker Operations Manager and Poker stakeholders to execute commercial priorities and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor the Poker customer journey, proactively identifying and resolving content or operational issues that could impact the player experience.
- Use an understanding of Poker players, events and industry trends to help create an engaging and relevant onsite proposition.
- Collaborate with teams across CRM, Commercial, Product, Technology and Operations to support campaigns, launches and operational readiness activities.
- Analyse performance data and player insights to identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping enhance processes, quality standards and ways of working across Poker Operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Poker, including player behaviours, key tournaments and the wider Poker landscape, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for the game (required).
- Experience managing digital content, merchandising or operational activity within an online, customer-focused environment (required).
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and maintain quality in a fast-moving environment (required).
- A collaborative approach, with confidence building relationships across multiple teams and using insight to support informed decision-making (required).
