Real Time CRM Executive

As part of the Real Time CRM team, the Real Time CRM Executive will play a key role in delivering timely, relevant and engaging communications that enhance every stage of the customer journey. From first registration to major sporting moments and personalised promotions, the role will help create best-in-class CRM experiences that inspire customers to stay engaged with Sports and Gaming products.

- Plan, build and deliver real-time CRM campaigns across Sports and Gaming products, ensuring customers receive relevant and engaging communications at key moments in their journey.
- Coordinate campaign delivery through Bloomreach and other CRM platforms across multiple channels, including Email, Push Notifications and Welcome journeys.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement through personalised next-best-action campaigns, promotions and tailored experiences.
- Create compelling marketing copy and campaign content that showcases William Hill's products, promotions and sporting events.
- Collaborate with data, automation and wider CRM teams to develop and target real-time customer audiences.
- Utilise bonus and promotional tools to create exclusive and incentivised campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights and customer data to optimise future activity and achieve business objectives.
- Support the delivery of CRM activity during key sporting events, adapting quickly to live opportunities and changing customer behaviours.
- Experience within CRM, lifecycle marketing or one-to-one customer marketing would be desirable, ideally in a B2C digital environment (preferred).
- Knowledge of CRM campaign management platforms, email, SMS and push notification marketing, with experience executing targeted customer campaigns would be an advantage (preferred).
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to support daily Spanish CRM activity (required).
- Passion for sport and a good understanding of the betting and gaming industry (required).
