Integration Project Manager
Yggdrasil is seeking a passionate Integration Project Manager to lead and innovate within its Games Portfolio. The role involves managing the integration of game creators with the Yggdrasil platform to support the release of over 20 games per month.
The Integration Project Manager oversees the full life cycle of game delivery, from the initial work order through to release and ongoing maintenance. The successful candidate ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the required quality standards.
- Integrate game creators with the Yggdrasil platform and deliver games to production.
- Manage the full life cycle of game delivery from work order through release to maintenance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and with the expected quality and timings.
- Proactively manage the end-to-end partner integration process for assigned accounts.
- Act as the main contact for assigned studios.
- Handle integration tasks, internal stakeholder coordination, and handovers.
- Follow up on projects, perform problem solving, and coordinate with responsible parties.
- Maintain high levels of responsiveness and communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive and implement process changes to optimise workflows.
- Provide feedback on workflow optimisation for continuous improvement and execution of onboarding and delivery processes.
- Maintain strong working relationships with strategic content partners and conduct regular performance review meetings.
- Document supplier information and capabilities.
- Cooperate with the certification team, core games team, Masters partners, translation providers, and the tech wing.
- Keep and update internal and external roadmaps to ensure statuses are accurately represented.
- Communicate the threat of late releases to stakeholders in the event of delays.
- Three years of experience in project management and/or software development (required).
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in tools such as Microsoft suite, VPN, Jira, Slack, Click Up, terminal, and Confluence (required).
- Ability to enforce roadmaps and prioritise tasks (required).
- Strong communication skills (required).
- Fluent in English (required).
