Description

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead both the execution and transformation of Talent Acquisition across your region, embedding AI into how hiring operates and elevating the function into a data-driven, insight-led capability. This role is a trusted partner to the Vice President, Global Head of Talent Acquisition and senior business leaders, responsible for building a function that understands its pipelines, leverages AI at scale, and drives better hiring decisions through insight-not activity.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary leader for Talent Acquisition across your region, owning both delivery and the adoption of AI as a core operating standard.
  • Lead through managers, building and scaling high-performing teams of Talent Acquisition Partners by setting clear expectations for AI adoption, pipeline understanding, and data-driven execution.
  • Drive the adoption of AI across the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, ensuring tools such as Workday, Paradox, Metaview, Textio, and TalentNeuron are embedded into how work gets done across teams.
  • Build organizational capability to understand talent pipelines end-to-end, including pipeline composition, candidate flow, drop-off points, funnel conversion patterns, and talent density across markets and roles.
  • Ensure managers and their teams use data-driven insights to enable smarter hiring decisions, influencing role building, talent targeting, and hiring strategy.
  • Shift Talent Acquisition from reactive execution to proactive hiring, where high-quality talent pools are built, understood, and actively managed ahead of demand.
  • Develop and guide managers to elevate their teams toward Adoptive and Transformative levels of AI proficiency, ensuring consistent use of tools, workflows, and insight-led practices.
  • Establish and embed structured workflows and standards across sourcing, outreach, interview evaluation, and candidate management to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across regions.
  • Build a culture of continuous experimentation and improvement, where new AI capabilities are tested, refined, and scaled across teams through managers.
  • Use tools such as Metaview Deep Research and TalentNeuron to generate deeper insight into talent markets, and ensure these insights are translated into actionable strategies across the organization.
  • Partner with People & Culture and Diversity & Inclusion leaders to use data and insight to identify gaps, improve representation, and drive targeted interventions across the hiring funnel.
  • Ensure all AI-enabled practices meet global regulatory, privacy, and compliance standards, with clear governance and accountability embedded across leadership layers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience across in-house and agency environments
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and geographically distributed teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and evolve Talent Acquisition functions or operating models
  • Strong experience bringing to bear technology and data to improve recruiting efficiency
  • Experience using talent intelligence platforms such as TalentNeuron or Draup to advise strategy
  • Proven track record to influence senior collaborators and inspire change across the business
  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to interpret and act on pipeline and talent data
  • Deep understanding of global recruitment practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of global recruitment guidelines in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
  • Prior experience with merger & acquisition environments and supporting the in-flight integration
  • Proven track record to drive AI adoption at scale through managers and teams
  • Experience integrating AI within workflows across sourcing, outreach, interview evaluation, scheduling, and insights
  • Strong understanding of pipeline analytics, including candidate flow, drop-off, conversion patterns, and talent density
  • Experience demonstrating AI tools such to generate meaningful talent insights
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable hiring strategies at an organisational level
  • Track record of improving how Talent Acquisition operates through AI, data, and structured workflows
