Frontend/Games Developer
Aristocrat is seeking a dedicated Games Developer to join the team in Krakow. In this role, the developer will design and create engaging mobile and web-based games on HTML5 platforms.
The developer will work with multi-functional teams to develop innovative concepts while maintaining high performance, scalability, and a superior user experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile and web games using HTML5 and JavaScript.
- Develop and improve web applications and supporting infrastructures.
- Collaborate with artists, product managers, and other developers to translate creative concepts into high-quality interactive experiences.
- Optimize games for performance across devices, browsers, and platforms.
- Contribute to team discussions on design, architecture, and best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in crafting HTML5-based games for mobile devices and web browsers (required).
- 3+ years of experience in JavaScript development (required).
- Solid understanding of cross-platform porting for mobile devices and browsers (required).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies (required).
- Effective communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mentality (required).
- Hands-on experience with PIXI framework (nice-to-have).
- Proficiency in TypeScript (nice-to-have).
- Experience with Spine animations (nice-to-have).
- Background in game performance optimization and interactive systems (nice-to-have).
