Game Operations Specialist
Aristocrat is looking for a Game Operations Specialist to play a key role in game content release and management. This position ensures that high-quality games reach players seamlessly and on schedule.
The role involves joining a vibrant team committed to delivering remarkable gaming experiences across diverse markets and platforms. The successful candidate will manage operational workflows and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of service.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and complete game releases and content updates across various environments.
- Manage and maintain game configurations, including metadata, feature settings, stakes, and environment-specific parameters.
- Coordinate routine updates, patches, and hotfixes with minimal disruption to live environments.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new markets and operator integrations, ensuring operational readiness and smooth debut execution.
- Provide operational and technical support during onboarding and post-launch activities, resolving configuration and integration issues.
- Manage the scheduling, validation, and deployment of third-party and in-house content in line with release plans and market requirements.
- Monitor live operational processes and find opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and release quality.
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Product, and other relevant teams to ensure release readiness and alignment on priorities.
- Act as a key coordination point for operational requests, customer concern management, and cross-functional communication.
- Maintain proactive communication with external partners, operators, and internal collaborators to support successful launches and timely issue resolution.
- Work with Game Operations team members and engineers to coordinate tasks and support delivery against the operational roadmap.
- 2+ years of experience in game operations, content distribution, or release coordination (required).
- Experience collaborating with external partners, operators, or third-party vendors (preferred).
- Familiarity with iGaming or digital content ecosystems (preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and collaborators (required).
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing problems (required).
- Capability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver with high accuracy and accountability (required).
- Familiarity with release processes, build and release tools, Excel, and other operational systems (nice-to-have).
- Flexibility to support release windows and blocking issues when required (required).
