Senior .Net Developer

Aristocrat is seeking a driven and self-motivated .Net Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for implementing and maintaining flawless software solutions that improve their world-class casino and sports betting platform. The successful candidate will work with the latest technologies in a collaborative and inclusive environment, making a meaningful impact on their product known for innovation. This is a hybrid position based in Skopje or Ohrid. Team members are required to be in the office three days per week, with flexibility to select their in-office days based on personal preference and business needs.
- Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages.
- Develop technical specifications and architecture.
- Develop, implement, and support applications in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
- Analyze system requirements and provide solutions.
- Review and refactor code to ensure high performance.
- Deploy fully functional applications.
- Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Document development and operational procedures.
- Conduct technical research to integrate new technologies.
- Engage in day-to-day communication with team leaders, attending meetings, and collaborating extensively with the QA, support team, and product owners.
- 6+ years of solid hands-on experience in developing enterprise web-based solutions (required).
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), XML, SOAP, and REST implementation (required).
- Extensive experience with MS SQL Server (required).
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch) (nice-to-have).
- Proficiency in web technologies such as .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS (required).
- Experience in analysis, building, and implementation of various enterprise architectures (required).
- Proven ability to provide expertise, mentoring, leadership, and creativity to the application development team (required).
- Experience troubleshooting and analyzing production issues (required).
- Familiarity with writing tests first, agile development, and a continuous integration build environment (required).
- Experience in establishing software development guidelines and performing code and build reviews (required).
- Experience with source code management systems (Git) (nice-to-have).
- Understanding of software construction and principles (nice-to-have).
- Willingness to learn and understand others' code (nice-to-have).
