In this key position, the individual will guide the entire lifecycle of Premium Games development, ensuring each project is successfully completed from initial concept through to final delivery.

This is a compelling opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute meaningfully within a world-class organisation that embraces innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for Premium Games, from concept phase through to handover readiness.
  • Translate studio priorities, game concepts, and business objectives into clear project plans, timelines, achievements, and deliverables.
  • Ensure each game development initiative progresses with clear ownership, transparent communication, and timely decision-making.
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints, and drive effective mitigation plans with relevant collaborators.
  • Take charge of, sustain, and regularly refresh the Studio roadmap, guaranteeing transparent awareness of priorities, schedules, and interconnections.
  • Manage resource planning across the Premium Studio, incorporating internal teams, India-based teams, and external third-party partner studios.
  • Balance workload, capacity, and priorities across multiple concurrent game development projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across game building, product, art, development, QA, math, and other relevant teams.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, roadmap reviews, project status meetings, risk reviews, and key checkpoints.
  • Handle everyday project coordination alongside third-party partner studios, ensuring that expectations, deliverables, and timelines are well specified.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project scope, schedules, achievements, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Contribute to shaping and ongoing refinement of project management methods and governance standards within the Studio.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Game Production, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. (required)
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Producer, or similar role, ideally within gaming, software development, iLottery, digital products, or creative technology environments. (required)
  • Demonstrated experience leading sophisticated, cross-functional development projects from early concept through completion. (required)
  • Strong organisational abilities, capable of handling several concurrent projects, shifting priorities, and overlapping deadlines. (required)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical, creative, operational, and leadership teams. (required)
  • Good understanding of game development workflows, production pipelines, QA cycles, and release-readiness processes. (required)
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. (required)
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify risks early, bring up concerns appropriately, and drive practical outcomes. (required)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, time zones, and distributed teams, including India-based teams and external studio partners. (required)
Benefits
  • Robust benefits package.
  • Global career opportunities.
