- Analyze game requirements in collaboration with technical leads and game designers.
- Develop slot games for various cabinets and markets.
- Engage in coding, code reviews, unit testing, and memory profiling.
- Ensure the highest game quality and timely delivery to market.
- Integrate complex arts and game mathematics into the development process.
- Maintain compliance with market-specific requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement game features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure flawless game performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of development processes.
- Lead and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Minimum 7+ years of software development experience (required).
- Excellent programming skills in C++ under the Linux operating system (required).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented build, algorithms, and data structures (required).
- Proven expertise in the full software/project lifecycle, including specifications, requirements analysis, building/architecture, implementation, testing, and maintenance (required).
- Extensive experience in programming in C++ 11/14 (required).
- Familiarity with SVN/Perforce/Coverity and other code analysis and review tools (required).
- Experience in build automation using Bamboo and related tools (required).
- Proficiency in JIRA or other defect tracking systems (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment (required).
- Experience in Unity game development (preferred).
