Tech Lead - Infrastructure Engineer
Aristocrat is looking for a Tech Lead - Infrastructure Engineer to join their team and deliver world-class technology solutions. This role is crucial for securing and improving the enterprise technology environment, ensuring flawless operations, and supporting ambitious initiatives across identity management, cloud platforms, endpoint security, and infrastructure operations.
The successful candidate will work to ensure a seamless technology experience for the global workforce. The position involves collaborating with cybersecurity teams to assist with identity and access management platforms, managing identity lifecycle activities, and supporting virtualised environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix technologies. Contributions will also be made to the implementation and management of hybrid cloud solutions and the setup, management, and resolution of issues in Windows Server environments.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to assist with identity and access management platforms, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CrowdStrike, Qualys, and Microsoft Intune.
- Manage identity lifecycle activities, including user provisioning, modifications, and de-provisioning in accordance with security and compliance requirements.
- Deploy and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, endpoint compliance policies, and access governance controls.
- Implement infrastructure updates, security patches, and technology improvements that improve system security and operational efficiency.
- Assist with vulnerability remediation, access reviews, audit activities, and compliance initiatives.
- Work together with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to guarantee consistency in security controls, operational requirements, and risk management priorities.
- Support and maintain virtualised environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix technologies.
- Contribute to the implementation and management of hybrid cloud solutions spanning on-premises and cloud environments.
- Set up, manage, and resolve issues in Windows Server environments across development, testing, and production platforms.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations.
- 7+ years of experience in systems, infrastructure, or platform engineering within complex enterprise environments (required).
- Experience assisting with identity and access management solutions, including MFA, access governance, and modern authentication technologies (required).
- Practical experience working with platforms like Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CrowdStrike, Qualys, and Microsoft Intune (required).
- Good experience supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments, including Microsoft Azure, VMware, and Nutanix (required).
- Proven experience coordinating and fixing issues in Windows Server environments (required).
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and access management methods (required).
- Understanding of data center operations, infrastructure maintenance, hardware lifecycle management, and patch management processes (required).
- Foundational knowledge of networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery concepts (required).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fix skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution (required).
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams (required).
- Dedication to ongoing education and keeping up-to-date with the latest infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies (required).
