Paid Media Manager

Description

As a Paid Media Manager, you will join a growing Marketing team, supporting the execution of the performance marketing strategy across North America activity.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitating best-in-class campaign delivery across markets and channels.
  • Identifying performance driving opportunities and formulating cross-channels strategies to achieve digital objectives.
  • Leading a team of associates to drive continuous campaign optimization and drive the exploration of new channels, features, and opportunities.
  • Managing budget spend effectively in line with seasonality and digital objectives across core acquisition channels, providing justification for increases.
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis to resolve pain points and drive continuous improvement.
  • Delivering against financial year budget, driving continued YoY growth in digital KPIs and supporting financial year budget planning through forecasting and data analysis.
  • Supporting and leading marketing initiatives across departments to enhance digital output, ensuring consistency and alignment with the entire department.
  • Leading key event briefings and ensuring team readiness, preparing for high-traffic periods.
  • Working directly with dedicated account management teams of the relevant platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, X, Snap, and Apple Search Ads ensuring we are taking advantage of latest developments.
  • Working collaboratively with brand, CRM, and global marketing teams to effectively deliver across acquisition and retention strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience within the online betting or gambling industry. (required)
  • Experience working with enterprise level paid search and social accounts, with an agency background. (required)
  • In depth knowledge of Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Search Ads 360, Meta, X, Snap or equivalent technologies. (required)
  • Expertise in performance marketing metrics beyond standard CPA/ROAS. (required)
  • Proficient in data analysis, with advanced Excel skills. (required)
  • Proven track record of driving year-on-year growth in digital KPIs whilst working within defined budgets. (required)
  • Understanding of advanced measurement approaches including Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Media Mix Modelling (MMM), and Incrementality and proven ability in driving continuous improvements in marketing effectiveness. (required)
  • Proficiency with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer, Skai, or others. (required)
  • Strong communication, collaboration and numerical skills essential for working autonomously within a large team setting. (required)
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask. (required)
