VIP Account Manager
As a VIP Account Manager, the role involves providing VIP players with exceptional service, utilising best practices in customer retention and recruitment. The position is responsible for retaining players by delivering strategy that increases the VIP portfolio's numbers, value, and longevity.
Responsibilities include retention, customer service, and regulatory compliance within a selected customer base. The initial focus will be on helping to develop and implement the VIP strategy.
- Helping to develop a VIP program that combines customer service, retention and promotional management.
- Ensuring Responsible Gaming controls are understood, implemented, audited and part of the department culture.
- Helping the VIP Team to cultivate lasting relationships with VIP customers across sports and gaming.
- Managing and executing internal VIP promotional strategies.
- Developing campaigns appropriate to the territory, to attract and retain valuable customers.
- Revising and formulating the department’s policies and procedures, ensuring implementation.
- Tracking and reporting the performance of the VIP Program against agreed targets to Senior Management.
- Proven experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry (required).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (required).
- Additional languages are advantageous (preferred).
- Strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation skills (required).
- Highly analytical and data driven mind-set (required).
- Experience in building and managing relationships with sports and casino clients (required).
- Awareness of the industry and the risks involved (required).
- Knowledge of cost visibility and budget monitoring (required).
- Compensation: USD 80000 - USD 95000 - yearly.
