Android Engineer

Our focus is on crafting our skills and making Kaizen a "Mobile First" company. Our mobile team consists of 35+ Engineers, including 20 Android Engineers, complemented by Software Engineers in Test. Our Engineers work either in our Mobile Infrastructure team or contribute directly to cross-functional feature squads. Our mobile applications are used by millions worldwide. We use Swift/Kotlin to create a quality codebase, aiming to improve our technical practices and invest heavily in testing. Our Tech Stack includes Kotlin, Dagger2, JUnit, Kotlin Flows and Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, in-house navigation library, ViewBinding, Detekt, Custom MVC, MVP and MVVM, GitLab, Bitrise, Transifex, Figma, and Firebase. Supportive Stack/Processes include Scrum/Kanban, Jira/Confluence, Firebase/Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, Pair programming, Unit testing, and UI Tests.
