Performance Marketing Specialist

Description

Betby is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage the global B2B acquisition funnel. The role involves leading multi-channel paid campaigns across platforms such as Google and LinkedIn Ads to generate high-quality marketing and sales qualified leads.

The specialist will be responsible for optimising return on ad spend and customer acquisition costs while managing end-to-end conversion funnels. This position requires close collaboration with sales teams to ensure lead quality and pipeline contribution, alongside the ongoing maintenance and performance optimisation of the company website.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute multi-channel paid campaigns primarily across search and social platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Drive acquisition of Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Optimise end-to-end conversion funnels, including landing pages, forms, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve return on ad spend and cost efficiency.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to ensure lead quality and pipeline contribution.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Implement and analyse attribution models to inform decision-making.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and performance optimisation of the Betby website, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, SEO best practices, and conversion goals.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (required).
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and DSP platforms (required).
  • Knowledge of retargeting strategies and advanced audience segmentation (required).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) (required).
  • Experience with funnel performance analysis and campaign reporting (required).
  • Ability to perform data-driven optimisation and performance tracking (required).
  • Experience with lead scoring models and lifecycle management (required).
  • Design and execution of email marketing automation workflows (required).
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategy and execution (required).
  • Use of location intelligence and audience enrichment tools (required).
  • Collaboration cross-functionally to design and optimise high-converting landing pages (required).
  • Plan and execute structured A/B testing programmes (required).
  • Strong foundation in CRO principles, including data analysis, user behaviour, and UX (required).
