AI Sales Specialist

At the heart of this transformation, the AI Center of Excellence exists to create measurable commercial impact - helping partners grow their player base, increase engagement, and drive top-line revenue. We are focusing SoftConstruct's strategy around AI-powered solutions that give B2B partners a competitive edge in their markets. In this role, you will translate AI capabilities into concrete partner wins, turning strategic vision into deals closed, pipelines expanded, and revenue delivered. You will drive the expansion and commercial success of AI-powered solutions across new and existing iGaming partners, covering CRM, risk management tool, recommendation system, and other products.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demo, business case development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Proactively generate leads and build a qualified pipeline for AI-driven solutions across key iGaming product areas
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the existing partner base
- Engage C-level stakeholders as well as CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to position AI use cases and drive commercial adoption
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in B2B sales of SaaS, IT, or AI solutions with proven track record in consultative sales and closing deals
- Understanding of iGaming ecosystem (including player lifecycle, CRM systems, risk management, and core gaming verticals such as casino and sportsbook)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive sales performance, optimize pipelines, and translate AI capabilities into clear business impact
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
