Product Designer
Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing focused on betting and gaming behaviors, understanding player motivations, friction points, and retention drivers
- Design end-to-end user journeys across Sportsbook and Casino products, including onboarding, KYC, deposits/withdrawals, bet placement, bonus flows, and wallet interactions
- Translate insights into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma (leveraging auto-layout, components, and scalable design systems)
- Create intuitive, conversion-driven interfaces optimized for engagement, bet frequency, session duration, and retention
- Improve complex user flows such as bet slips, live betting, cash-out, promotions, tournaments, and gamification mechanics
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, CRM, and BI teams to align UX decisions with KPIs (conversion rate, ARPU, retention, churn reduction)
- Ensure design consistency across Sportsbook, Casino, and cross-product experiences (desktop, mobile web, app)
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system tailored for high-traffic, real-time betting environments
- Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating business impact and user value
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design within the iGaming industry
- Proven hands-on experience designing for Sportsbook and Casino platforms (betting flows, bet slip UX, live betting, casino lobbies, game providers integration, bonus mechanics)
- Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems at scale)
- Solid understanding of player lifecycle in iGaming: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Experience designing high-load, real-time interfaces with complex data structures (odds tables, live events, dynamic content)
- Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and mobile-first UX principles
- Ability to interpret product metrics and analytics (conversion funnels, heatmaps, A/B testing results) to inform design decisions
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams alongside Product Managers, Developers, CRM, and BI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to justify UX decisions in business terms
- Experience with other iGaming verticals: Slots, Live Casino, Crash Games, Virtuals, Esports
- Experience designing promotional tools: bonuses, free bets, loyalty programs, missions, gamification, tournaments
- Background in B2B iGaming platforms (back office, CMS, player management systems)
- Experience with localization-heavy products across multiple regulated markets
- Understanding of compliance constraints in regulated jurisdictions
