Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on international corporate matters, including governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with global business operations.
- Ensure compliance with international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with international customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Ensure that contractual agreements align with international legal requirements and business objectives.
- Assist in preparing print-ready legal documents for senior management review.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in key international markets.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and international compliance regulations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and specialists to resolve complex legal matters.
- Participate in contract negotiations and global business transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key international stakeholders.
- Represent the company in international legal matters and meetings.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
Requirements
- Experience in international corporate law, contract negotiation, and compliance.
- Background in cross-border legal transactions and risk management.
- Experience in drafting general and commercial contracts is required.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and business law.
- Excellent knowledge of English is required.
- Familiarity with consumer law and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in legal documentation and contract management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree in Law is an advantage).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate legal processes, contract negotiation, and compliance.
