Content Coordinator (Sports)
Betsson Group is looking for a Content Coordinator for its sports vertical to play a key role in supporting and optimising content performance across local and international markets. The successful candidate will contribute to a dynamic sports content ecosystem by managing initiatives and collaborating with various stakeholders.
This role involves translating data into actionable insights and ensuring operational excellence in content delivery. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive audience engagement and growth.
- Produce regular content performance reports and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Analyse audience and content trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Support the day-to-day management and coordination of sports content initiatives with a focus on operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with local teams to provide recommendations that improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Prepare updates, presentations, and reports for central stakeholders, ensuring clear communication in English.
- Monitor content performance across channels and proactively suggest improvements based on data and market insights.
- Strong interest in sports and digital content, with a genuine passion for staying up to date with industry trends (required).
- Experience working with content reporting, analytics, or performance tracking (required).
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn findings into practical recommendations (required).
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational tasks (required).
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Experience coordinating projects with external agencies or international stakeholders (required).
