CRM Product Specialist
The CRM Product Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the CRM lifecycle, conducting comprehensive process analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The focus will be on ensuring data integrity and driving effective communication between business users and technical teams.
The role involves acting as a subject matter expert on capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. It also includes managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise features and functionality of the CRM process & product.

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying gaps, pain points, and areas for optimisation across commercial and marketing ops and tech initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
- Develop and maintain data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role (required).
- Proven track record of successfully managing CRM projects, including customization and configuration (required).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments (required).
- Extensive experience with Salesforce (required).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with development teams (required).
