Finance Intern
Better Collective is looking for detail-oriented candidates to join as Finance Interns within its Finance Academy to learn about international corporate finance. Interns will be taught core aspects of financial operations, ranging from invoice management to data validation and cross-team collaboration.
As a Finance Intern, the individual will be provided with training material, coursework, and practical experience through an intensive program. This role aims to enhance basic accounting skills through real-world application. The curriculum covers essential day-to-day operations across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and financial reporting teams. In addition to theoretical learning, the intern will participate in Q&A sessions, discussions, and work groups with senior finance specialists.
Interns will be actively involved in tasks such as posting invoices in Business Central, reconciling bank transactions, preparing customer invoices, following up on outstanding payments, recording monthly costs, and verifying account balances. Successful completion of the internship may result in an offer of a full-time position with Better Collective.
- Reviewing course content in guided self-study.
- Participating in skills and knowledge lessons led by specialists.

- Posting invoices in Business Central.
- Following up on differences with suppliers.
- Reconciling bank transactions.

- Checking that account balances are correct and properly reconciled in Business Central.
- Fluent in English with good communication skills (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail (required).
- Strong in Excel and Google Sheets (required).
- Solid foundational understanding of accounting principles (required).
- Enthusiasm for learning new financial software (required).
- Must reside in or near Niš (required).
