Office Manager - Toronto Office
Better Collective is looking for an organised, proactive, and service-minded Office Manager to ensure the Toronto office operates smoothly and efficiently. This is a key operational role for an individual who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, supporting a dynamic team, and keeping administrative processes running flawlessly.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, warmly greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, document management, and scheduling or organising meetings ranging from small team sessions to larger meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for colleagues and partners, while providing administrative support to the Group Office Team.
- Accurately process and post invoices in close collaboration with Office Administrators and the finance team in Niš.
- Ensure the office space, facility, and outside areas remain clean, organised, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Carry out various ad-hoc assignments throughout the day and provide hands-on assistance to the Office Supporter during busy periods.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in office administration, office support, or a similar role (preferably within an international environment) (required).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively (required).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) (required).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (required).
- Professional, service-minded approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively (required).
- High level of discretion, reliability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset (required).
