Description

The Brand Operations Lead is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of creative work across multiple markets, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest brand standards. This role sits at the intersection of creative, production, and operations, owning workflow management, production execution, and cross-market coordination across key hubs including London, Johannesburg, and Cape Town. The role combines creative operations, agency production expertise, and project governance, with a strong focus on anticipating challenges, removing bottlenecks, and enabling teams to deliver world-class work at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Own and oversee all active creative projects across markets, ensuring clear visibility of timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from briefing through to delivery.
  • Drive prioritisation frameworks to ensure the most impactful work is executed first.
  • Maintain and continuously improve workflow systems, tools, and processes.
  • Ensure alignment between creative, marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Act as lead producer on brand campaigns and executional projects.
  • Manage production planning, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and oversee cost estimates, quotes, and financial tracking.
  • Source, onboard, and manage external suppliers, production partners, and agencies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet premium production and brand standards.
  • Manage adaptation assets such as TV endboards, market-specific versions of creative and language and regulatory adaptations.
  • Apply advertising agency producer discipline to internal and external projects.
  • Lead production schedules, shoot planning, post-production workflows, and delivery pipelines.
  • Ensure efficient briefing, feedback cycles, and approvals.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between creative teams and production partners.
  • Coordinate workflows and delivery across London, Johannesburg, and Cape Town teams.
  • Align stakeholders across time zones and functions.
  • Ensure consistent standards, communication, and delivery cadence across regions.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they escalate.
  • Troubleshoot project risks related to timelines, resources, or dependencies.
  • Implement solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and output quality.
  • Create scalable processes that support high-volume, multi-market delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in creative operations, production, or integrated agency roles (required).
  • Strong background as a producer (agency or brand-side) (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously (required).
  • Experience working across global or multi-market teams (required).
  • Strong understanding of campaign production (TV, digital, social, brand assets) (required).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (required).
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail (required).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment (required).
