Chief Commercial Officer
BGaming is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to build and execute BGaming’s commercial growth strategy across markets, channels, and partners. This role goes beyond acquiring new clients. The key focus is to create a scalable commercial engine that drives sustainable revenue growth, strengthens market positioning, and builds long-term partnerships across the business.
- Own BGaming’s global commercial strategy, including market priorities, sales channels, partner segmentation, pricing logic, and growth focus.
- Define where BGaming should grow, why those markets matter, which channels should be used, and what type of clients and partners create the highest long-term value.
- Translate the strategy into clear quarterly and annual commercial plans with measurable targets, priorities, ownership, and execution rhythm.
- Build one integrated commercial system across Sales, Account Management, and Market Development.
- Ensure that Sales is not only focused on signing new clients, but also on bringing in clients with real revenue potential, clear terms, and smooth post-signature handover.
- Ensure that Account Management is fully connected to commercial strategy and focused on partner activation, revenue growth, retention, and operator performance.
- Create clear rules of ownership between Sales, BAM, Market Owners, Legal, Finance, Product, and Delivery.
- Own the market development model for regulated, semi-regulated, and emerging markets.
- Define market priorities and create execution plans for key regions, including market entry logic, local partner strategy, commercial positioning, and growth targets.
- Build or manage Market Owner roles where needed, ensuring that key markets have clear accountability, local understanding, and commercial focus.
- Ensure that market strategy is not theoretical, but executed through concrete partner pipeline, activation plans, market-specific product fit, and revenue growth.
- Drive growth not only through the number of signed or live operators, but through the quality and performance of the client base.
- Monitor and improve key commercial metrics such as GGR, revenue, active operators, new operator performance, hit ratio, ARPU, partner concentration, client activation, and time-to-revenue.
- Identify where revenue is scalable and where commercial effort is not creating enough return.
- Build a stronger revenue core by improving partner quality, market focus, and post-launch monetization.
- Create a clear operating rhythm for the commercial block: priorities, OKRs, reporting, pipeline reviews, market reviews, revenue analysis, and cross-functional follow-up.
- Turn strategy into execution through structured management of teams, targets, processes, and accountability.
- Work closely with CEO, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Tech, and Delivery to ensure that commercial goals are supported by the whole company.
- Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role: CCO, Commercial Director, VP Sales, VP Revenue, Head of Commercial, or similar. (required)
- Strong understanding of B2B commercial models, ideally in iGaming, gaming, SaaS, platforms, fintech, or digital products. (required)
- Experience managing or aligning Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Business Development, or Market Development teams. (required)
- Ability to build and execute commercial strategy across multiple markets. (required)
- Strong understanding of revenue drivers, commercial terms, pricing, client segmentation, and partner performance. (required)
- Experience working with international markets and cross-functional teams. (required)
- Ability to work with data, dashboards, commercial KPIs, and performance analysis. (required)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to create accountability and align teams around common goals. (required)
- Experience in B2B iGaming, gaming technology, SaaS, platforms, payments, fintech, or another complex B2B environment with international clients and partner-based revenue models. (required)
- Experience working in fast-paced markets (LATAM, Africa, Southeast Asia). (nice-to-have)
- Prior exposure to iGaming or the gambling industries. (nice-to-have)
- Work where it suits you: from home, the office, or a mix of both.
- 100% paid vacation and sick days, plus extra days off.
- Medical insurance and mental health support.
- BCoins for internal rewards and fun perks.
- Budget for professional development, certifications, and language courses (English and Polish).
- Hackathons, team events, and legendary parties.
- Kids’ camp for BGamers’ families.
- Referral program with real rewards.
