Responsibilities
  • Build, own, and manage relationships across key strategic operator accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and the primary commercial point of contact for any blocking issue.
  • Drive account expansion through upsell, cross-sell, content optimization, and new market opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver tailored strategic proposals aligned to client objectives and regulatory environments, leading the full commercial lifecycle.
  • Achieve revenue targets and deliver accurate forecasting, revenue planning, and pipeline management.
  • Run tracking, reporting, and analysis of benchmarks regularly to ensure data literacy and curiosity.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and planning sessions with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure delivery against agreed benchmarks and commercial outcomes.
  • Deliver industry-leading content launch programs using marketing and promotional levers.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and Legal to align customer needs with Aristocrat Interactive’s roadmap and capabilities.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and operational performance for key accounts.
  • Represent Aristocrat Interactive at key industry events as a leader with a point of view and brand ambassador.
  • Lead and develop Commercial or Senior Commercial Managers, ensuring high standards of account management and commercial performance across the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial role within iGaming, Betting, or Gaming (required).
  • Proven track record managing Tier-1 global operator relationships (required).
  • Deep understanding of regulated iGaming landscape, including regulatory and market nuances (required).
  • Experience leading and developing commercial talent (required).
  • Excellent collaborator management, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive-level gravitas (required).
  • A strong personal network of Operators and Suppliers within the iGaming industry (required).
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (required).
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous (nice-to-have).
  • Additional European languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian) are advantageous but not essential (nice-to-have).
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship (required).
Benefits
  • Salary range of $119,000 - $221,000 per year.
