The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire mathematical lifecycle of games, from initial design and simulation to post-release analysis and certification support. This position requires a strong analytical background to ensure that all game parameters meet both player expectations and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mathematical models for slots, casual and table games.
  • Contribute to game mechanics and feature design together with Product Owners and game designers.
  • Build simulations and analytical tools to validate RTP, volatility, hit frequency, maximum win, and other key game parameters.
  • Review and verify mathematical implementations together with developers and QA.
  • Analyze, update, and adapt legacy mathematical models from previously released games when required.
  • Support game balancing, playtesting, and post-release analysis using gameplay and statistical data.
  • Work with certification laboratories during game certification, investigate mathematical or technical findings, and prepare required fixes or supporting documentation.
  • Analyze market trends and existing game mechanics to identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience (required).
  • Strong knowledge of probability theory, combinatorics, statistics, and mathematical modeling (required).
  • 5+ years of proven experience creating mathematics for slot games and/or other casino games (required).
  • Experience collaborating with certification laboratories and resolving certification-related issues (required).
  • Ability to explain which certification labs you have worked with, what requirements or findings arose, and how you addressed them (required).
  • Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, such as C++, C#, or similar (required).
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with simulations, data analysis, and large datasets (required).
  • Experience with Git (required).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills (required).
  • Understanding of player psychology, engagement mechanics, and the iGaming market (nice-to-have).
  • Experience working with legacy game mathematics, including reviewing, debugging, recalculating, and updating existing models (nice-to-have).
Benefits
  • Work where it suits you: from home, the office, or a mix of both.
  • 100% paid vacation and sick days, plus extra days off.
  • Medical insurance and mental health support.
  • BCoins for internal rewards and fun perks.
  • Budget for professional development, certifications, and language courses (English and Polish).
  • Hackathons, team events, and legendary parties.
