Pick6 Operations Associate (US hours)
The Pick6 Operations Associate will play a pivotal role on the Lobby Live Operations Team, leveraging sports statistics and research to manage player pools and pricing. The associate will collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise merchandising strategies, ensuring that contests are accurately posted and executed.
In this role, the associate will monitor contest entries, repost as necessary to drive participation, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and execute pricing of player salaries.
- Leverage data and merchandising strategies to inform contest selections available to players.
- Ensure contest mixes are properly executed and monitor contest entries.
- Repost contests as needed to drive participation and achieve targets.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field (required).
- Proficiency with Excel (required).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Snowflake (nice-to-have).
- In-depth knowledge of the sports landscape, especially fantasy sports, with a proven track record of identifying and managing complex situations (required).
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight time constraints (required).
- The ability to work U.S. coverage shifts, with a start time between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Bulgarian time, as well as weekends (required).
