Senior IT Services Technician
As a Senior IT Services Technician, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional IT support, ensuring the team stays connected and productive. Leveraging technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving, the technician will drive the success of IT operations.

- Provide exceptional, customer-first IT support for various devices and platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Manage and administer enterprise IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and foundational network support.
- Collaborate with IT peers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Utilise ITIL/ITSM principles to efficiently handle and resolve support requests.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and pursue relevant certifications to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Participate in and contribute to strategic IT projects that drive innovation and growth.
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise support, with strong knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructure, and enterprise technologies like O365 and G Suite (required).
- Hands-on experience with device management tools such as Intune, SCCM, or JAMF (required).
- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, MS Active Directory, and Azure (required).
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a technology-driven approach to problem-solving (required).
- Ability to multitask, collaborate effectively within a team, and communicate clearly with a positive attitude (required).
- Proficiency in English (required).
- Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas 3x/week (required).
- Solid understanding of scripting languages like PowerShell (required).
- Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL/HDI, or Customer Service (nice-to-have).
