VIP Host
DraftKings is looking for a VIP Host to forge and cultivate relationships with its most engaged players. The role involves executing the day-to-day strategy of DraftKings' VIP engagement programme to understand the true needs of its players.
To foster long-term customer loyalty, the VIP Host plays a key role in helping DraftKings deliver a world-class experience that drives high levels of brand advocacy.
- Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships.
- Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the market while proactively providing new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.
- Compile player feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify opportunities.
- Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience (required).
- At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role (required).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment (required).
- Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends (required).
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends (required).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses (required).
- Base salary range of 68,000.00 USD - 85,000.00 USD
